This post really hit me. To those of you out there, who like me,  struggle with mental illness- give this a read. Never stop reaching out. You are not a burden, you are a blessing.

Your weakness could give someone strength. Your bravery for reaching out could inspire someone to do the same. We have to keep moving forward in this world, even when the ground turns into molasses and you feel like you can’t take another step.

You are never alone!

After my friend’s suicide, I realized something: We ask people to reach out. But we never explain how.
